Situation: A young and promising idea that needed refinement.

Gum was given the opportunity to work with StoryBooth Experience an innovative company that records keepsake audio diaries for weddings and special events.

Problem:  The process of building a valuable product.

StoryBooth came to us with a lot of momentum: they had a great idea and enthusiastic clients.  But they wanted to figure out how to build a scalable and repeatable product they could deliver to clients all over the country. The challenge was how to build a process that would consistently deliver a heirloom quality product for their clients.

Solution: Creating a process =  creating possibilities

We worked directly with the founder of StoryBooth to create an innovative private podcast that delivered high quality audio.

One of StoryBooth’s clients is the University of Washington. Working with UW and StoryBooth we created a beautiful custom listening experience with music included in the diaries and streamlined the production and post production processes which made the product easily scalable and transferable to different event types.

“The end product was way more professional and beautiful than we could have imagined.”

-Kate Rickard. Director University of Washington Alumni Association.

Results:   Predictable profitability and repeat customers

StoryBooth’s clients loved the new product, the first rollout was with the University of Washington who immediately rebooked StoryBooth for another event and ever since, StoryBooth has been able to take the model and grow it with other clients.
